SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Introduction

Here at AndSoSimple we try to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. Charges for deliveries up to 10kg (so four cushions plus a throw plus a tablecloth!) are EUR6.80 excluding rugs.

Delivery of rugs costs EUR52 per rug as they are sent directly from the supplier. All products are dispatched as soon as possible but expect up to seven business days for delivery. As a small company we make nothing off our postage and will always look to make it as economical as possible for you.

Delivery in Ireland

Unless otherwise stated, as standard our orders are EUR6.80 with free shipping on all orders over EUR150

International Delivery

We do not yet deliver internationally. However we are looking into it so get in touch with us on hello@andsosimple.com if you have an international order and we will see what we can do.

Packaging

Just like our products, we aim to make our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible. This comes at a cost which we take on. Products are usually mailed in biodegradable mailers (they are not compostable – we are looking into those) but they do biodegrade over a 12 month period. Boxes and brown paper are either recycled or recyclable.

Returns

At AndSoSimple we want you to adore every item you buy but from time to time you may like to return an item. If you would like to do so, we ask that you get back to us within five days of receiving the product. We must be informed by EMAIL before you send it back it us. The email to use is info@andsosimple.com. Once the return is approved by us, the item must be received by AndSoSimple within one week from that date or it will not be accepted. All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in – otherwise a full refund will not be possible.

Also please note that if you availed of the Free Shipping over EUR150 when placing your order – when you return the order/part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount.

Breakages – Please ensure that you open your item upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within five days of you receiving your order.

Terms

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

Deliveries

Please note that all deliveries are made between 9 – 5pm on a working day. Therefore there must be someone in to receive the delivery or make a note to leave it in a secure place. Parcels that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at the address will incur additional shipping charges. However with An Post, they will usually simply leave it at the nearest post office.
