Sustainable Cleaning Products

One small change in our daily life can have a huge impact.

So let’s look at a natural multi-purpose cleaning product … They are extremely easy to make and & require products easily accessible.

So what do you need? 🤷🏽‍♀️and why ?

INGREDIENTS

🧹A 2L container

🧹Baking soda –  It neutralises odours, mildly abrasive, cleaner, water softener.

🧹2 litres of hot water: Water is essential for the manufacture of some cleaning products & you increase its effectiveness by heating it and adding a few products.

🧹White vinegar: Preservative, degreasing, deodorant, descaling, antiseptic, disinfectant, anti-parasite, anti-fungal properties – fabulous cleaner

• IMPORTANT – Please note that vinegar should not be put on granite and marble countertops, stone floor tiles, iron, hardwood floors

🧹Lemon juice 🍋: Discolors, revives stone and enamel, deodorizes, descales, abrasives  (not good on marble – so check to see if the surface you are using lemon or vinegar on is suitable).

OR instead of lemon juice

🧹mixture of essential oils:

📌Lemon Essential Oil🍋: Antiseptic, antibacterial, anti viral. Good smell of clean

📌Pine Essential Oil 🌲 Antiseptic. Good smell of clean

📌Tea tree Essential Oil: Powerful antibacterial with broad spectrum of action, fungicide, parasiticide, antiviral

📌Cinnamon Essential Oil: Antiseptic, very powerful anti bacterial with very broad spectrum of action, anti viral, fungicide, parasites here. Do not put a lot …very strong smell.

RECIPE

Recipe for multi-purpose cleaning product. 🧼🧽

In a  2-liter container, pour in the following order:

✏️2 Tablespoons of Baking soda

✏️2 liters of hot water

✏️The contents of a glass containing: 1 tbsp of white vinegar and a little lemon juice or a tablespoon of the mixture of essential oil of lemon, pine, tea tree and cinnamon.

✏️Close and shake well before each use. It is used pure on the surface that need to be disinfected or it can be diluted.
